Pocket spring mattress with viscoelastic and Repreve® recycled stretch fabric.

The mattress adapts completely to the spine.

It has a cover to cover quilting with Natural Non Transgenic Soya Viscoelastic.

Made with Stretch fabric that provides elasticity and great breathability and stabilizing frame around the perimeter of 80mm.

Optionally it can be made with recycled Stretch Repreve fabric from our Vitater line.

1. Stretch Repreve® Fabric

Our most sustainable fabric thanks to the help of our partner Repreve®, in charge of the transformation, through recycling, of plastic bottles into yarn.

2. Polyester Fibre

Also known as polyester, acts as an insulator, providing volume and comfort to the mattress..

3. Non-GMO Soy Memory Foam

Natural material -not genetically engineered- that provides maximum comfort and does not contain elements that may cause harm to human health or the environment.

4. Poliéter Perfilado

Also known as foam rubber, it is manufactured in different densities and adds comfort to the mattress.

5. NT Fabric

Fabric used in different product quilts.

6. Comfort Core

High densities polyester that provides different degrees of comfort to the mattress.

7. Stabilising frame around the entire perimeter

Stabilising frame around the entire perimeter in the pocket springs, made with polyether of 80 mm thickness and 40kg/m3 density.

8. Pocket Springs with 5 Comfort Zones

Spring case made of steel wire of 1.8 mm and 2 mm in diameter and barrel shape, individually wrapped in NT fabric and placed alternately in 5 differentiated comfort zones, 15 cm high.

9. Quilted borders

Broad strip located on the outer sides of the mattress to provide greater ventilation and improve the interior's breathability.
