Dear supplier, as part of our management system ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, at Terxy we carry out a control and monitoring of the performance of the services provided and/or products supplied by our suppliers as well as their environmental and OSH (occupational health and safety) performance.

Such a systematic approach consists in categorising the impact of incidents detected by our suppliers in terms of the impact of their activities on the environment, health and safety at work.

This system consists of the categorisation of the incidents detected from our suppliers according to the impact caused in the provision of the service that Terxy offers to its clients, defining criteria for the de-accreditation of suppliers according to the volume of incidents and their categorisation if necessary.
